Winter Blues
Collaborating with Poetry Party family member Keyonna LaShawn in this episode. The winter blues were a common eeriness I noticed in 2022. It felt important to address the depression in the air. Keyonna and I talked about cyclical cynicism and melancholy. It is interesting how this pattern moves in tandem with the holidays. The worst part is that there are expectations and standards during the holiday season. Doubling down on the bad mood.
