The Curious Caml
An interview podcast that revolves around finding clarity and entertainment through methodical banter. The conversation is the "Caml" in the room. A vehicle if you will, that transports all involved to a cerebral destination. Courtesy of the Caml. The goal of this podcast is to share ideas, spark creative thoughts, and promote solutions for listeners and panelists alike.

The College to Work Transition
This podcast episode is dedicated to all growing professionals within Corporate America. First off, I want to say that these managers and HR people are not your friends. Transitioning from life as a college student to life as a corporate employee provokes culture shock equivalent to moving from the county to a city. It's just that surreal. The research of this episode is connected to Wendlandt & Rochlen (2008.) The research is relatively old and equally important.
The key point in this research was discovering that "Overall, research has found that the transition to employment following graduation is often difficult because the skills cultivated in the college classroom typically differ from those required to succeed in the workplace." (Wendlandt & Rochlen, 2008.)
I go over their research briefly within the episode :P
